Here is a general description of the entire process from start to finish.

Prior to finalizing a shooting agreement:

1. We have a quick Zoom chat to gather your specific needs into a Shoot Brief.
2. Based on the Shoot Brief I will put together a detailed quote for your approval.
3. On approval we put everything into a shoot agreement.
4. When you accept the shoot agreement I will then send you the invoice for the first portion. *This is all done via email with electronic approvals and signatures.

Now that we have a plan, we move into the shooting process:

1. I will provide you everything you need for shipping the products to be photographed.
2. While waiting on shipping, I will gather any necessary props or backgrounds to prepare for our shoot.
3. When the products arrive, we will schedule a day and time for shooting that will accommodate you or your representative attending, either in person or via internet conference.
4. Shoot day!

After the shoot, I'm not finished working for you:

1. Within 24 hours of the shoot, you will receive a private gallery of the approved images prior to final editing. At this time you can indicate any additional information that may be helpful in the edit process.
2. After approving the previews, within 5 working days your finished images will be added to your private gallery where you will be able to download the full resolution images. *Special editing needs may require more time, but this will be discussed early on.
3. If you have requested product return, they will be packaged and shipped back to you.
4. Paying the final invoice.
